This sparkly Autism Awareness Necklace is made with Swarovski Crystal 8mm rondelles, 6mm silver round beads, and 3 tiny, super cute puzzle piece charms in red, yellow and light blue!  The beads are on a shiny silver chain that is available as 16" long, with a 3" extender, or 18" long with a 3" extender.  You can choose which size you prefer when you check out.  Also, all of my items come packaged in a cute organza gift bag like the one shown in the last photo (color may be different).
